Mint a URL that 30x-redirects to any target — internal IPs, non-HTTP schemes (gopher://, file://), or a multi-hop chain — to test SSRF allow-lists and open-redirect following. The target is not validated; that's the point. Unlike the short link, which only allows http(s).
